The Church of Santa Lucia and San Geremia in Venice, since last year has been raised to a Sanctuary in honor of Saint Lucia.
In fact, inside are preserved the remains of the Saint of Syracuse.
There are numerous initiatives promoted by the Diocese of Venice and by the new Rector of the Shrine, Don Gianmatteo Caputo, aimed at fostering its devotion.
Among the various initiatives, in this year will be adapted and modernized the lighting system of the entire building and in particular the altar hosting the remains of the Saint.
